Releasing Emotional Weight - Yoga Practice and Energy Healing
Saturday, September 26 | 4:00pm - 5:30pm | The Gentle Place | Framingham, Massachusetts
Join me for a gentle somatic yoga practice, guided Unburdening Meditation, and energy healing experience inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS). Guided by the intention of the New Moon, we'll create space to let go of what no longer serves you so you can intentionally welcome what you are ready to bring into your life. You’ll leave with a greater sense of openness, alignment, and trust as you step into the new lunar cycle with intention, clarity, and space for what is ready to unfold. No prior yoga, meditation, or energy healing experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
