Mental health services which include: Integrative Mental Health, Parent Counseling, Parent Coaching, Play Therapy are eligible for reimbursement from your insurance. You can learn more about how Out of Network Benefits work by clicking here.

Please note: Emotional Energy Reiki, Reiki for Children, and Infant Massage Reiki are not considered Mental health services so therefore do not qualify for Out of Network Insurance Reimbursement.

Mental health and Reiki Services - I accept all major credit cards. Credit card information is saved in a HIPPA compliant highly secured platform. The card is automatically charged the fee for service the evening that the service is provided and an invoice will be sent via email.

Flexible Spending Account - If you do not use or have Out of Network Benefits, you are able to use your HSA or Family Flex Spending accounts to make payment if you choose for any Mental Health Services.
Please Note: Reiki services are not eligible for HSA or FSA at this time.

Private Workshops and Trainings - Host agency/school/camp that hires me can pay via check or may use credit card with an additional service fee. Private virtual trainings are flat fee. In person trainings have additional mileage/travel rates.

Public Workshops, Trainings and Classes will be priced individually based on topic, length, virtual vs. in person.

Therapy, Reiki and Energy - Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you; therefore, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. The full fee will be charged for appointments that are missed, canceled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice.

Workshops and Trainings - If a change of date is requested by customer, I will do my best to accommodate based on availability. There is no cancelation fee if cancellation is initiated by the customer 30 days prior to scheduled date. If a cancellation is requested by customer after 30 days, there is a 50% of original rate cancelation fee. If cancellation is requested by customer 7 days or less prior to scheduled date there will be no refunds. I am dedicated to honoring my commitments. If, for any reason, I need to reschedule, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If I need to cancel the customer will be refunded in full.

For in-person Mental Health and Energy/Reiki services, a mask must be brought to the appointment and the client and Jill will determine if it should be worn based on various factors. If either party has had known exposure to COVID or is experiencing illness, sessions will be conducted virtually.

Virtual Energy Work and Reiki Sessions:

Energy and Reiki Healing can be hands on or hands off therapies. Energy has no bounds and therefore we can work with it from anywhere. The results are the same in person or virtual.

How to prepare for Virtual Energy or Reiki healing?

Virtual sessions are conducted through Zoom and are kept completely private and confidential. Once your appointment is scheduled, a Zoom link will be emailed. The session will begin with a discussion, followed by energy work.

Energy Psychology
Energy Psychology (EP) combines Eastern mind and body approaches with traditional Western psychology methods. Reiki energy is a universal life force that supports the body, mind, and soul in self-healing. The energy flows naturally to where it is needed.
